Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system of RP603L paver includes traveling drive hydraulic system (Closed-loop system), distribution drive hydraulic system (Closed-loop system), conveyance drive hydraulic system, tamper hydraulic system, alternator hydraulic system, and cylinder hydraulic system.

The integrated cartridge valve blocks feature higher overall reliability and easy maintenances and the pipelines are simpler and more beautiful. The effective capacity is 180L for diesel tank and is 200L for hydraulic oil tank.


Screed System

The RP603L paver is installed with standard E475TG hydraulic-telescoping screed and standard single-tamper compactor. The paving width is continuously variable within 2.5m~4.75m and, if installed with the 625 extension segments, can reach the maximum 6m width. Featuring convenient operations, it's especially suitable for the medium and small projects and the applications with high road width variation.
