Performance and Characteristics of Motor Grader GR215:
motor grader adopted articulated frame assists the front wheel to steer, featuring small turning radius and flexibility. Electrohydraulic controlled brake power shift gearbox includes 6 Forward gears, and 3 Reverse gears. The adopted international matched hydraulic parts ensure the reliable operation. The grader blade movement is hydraulic controlled fully. The rear axle is three-way drive axle with NO-SPIN self -locking differential. The reasonable distribution of the adjustable operation panel, seat, lever and instrument guarantees the comfortable and convenient operation. Motor grader Gr215 luxury and beautiful cab features wide visibility and good sealing. The motor grader can be equipped with front bulldozing plate, rear scarifier, front harrow and auto-leveling system.
Transmission: Adopting with auto-lock/unlock NO-SPIN anti-slide differential, heavy-duty balance box, heavy-duty roller chain transmisson, all of which make sure the transmission system being stable.
External DesignThe engine housing adopots the glass steel which is of low- noise, rusty-proof, corrosion-prevention, anti-shock and being tiltable, so with nice looking and easy maintenance and repair for the engine.
BladeThe blade is of very hard material, and it is controlled by two cylinders for changing angle, so with perfect evenness and balance. And cutting-in angle could be easily controlled according to different soil conditions.
