XE215DA is an upgraded model of the D series with a new generation of hydraulic system, which has the characteristics of flexibility, good control performance, low fuel consumption, high construction efficiency, large digging force, and a wide range of applications. It can be equipped with multifunctional attachments to realize various operations such as crushing, shearing, cleaning, compaction, milling, pushing, pinching, grabbing, shoveling, loosening, hoisting and so on.

 

XE215DA hydraulic excavator is a brand new product developed by widely absorbing advanced technology of similar products abroad and adopting the latest technology. It is an efficient excavator with the latest technology, full attention to safety and environmental protection performance, and high production efficiency.

Based on the full absorption of internationally advanced technology and independent innovation, the project has fully solved a number of core and key technologies of the 20-ton hydraulic excavator. The fully upgraded XE215DA hydraulic excavator has more power, lower oil consumption and stronger operating performance. It can be widely used for irrigation and water conservancy, river dredging, municipal construction and small mine construction. It can meet different operations such as digging, breaking and dismantling, and its working condition adaptability is further strengthened.

Based on fully absorbing the advantages of the previous generation products, XE215DA adopts the latest separate pump independent control system and imported new main pump and main valve . With arm electronically controlled, for the same earthwork quantity, the efficiency will improve 7% and fuel consumption will reduce 10% compared with XE215D. In addition, it reduces the impacts like the start and stop of arm and boom, and greatly improve maneuverability. By adopting large-bore bucket cylinder and arm cylinder, the digging force will be increased by more than 5%.
