Maintance 

1. Clean the soil on the surface of the excavator and check whether the fasteners are loose.

2. If the mini excavator is not used in winter, it should be properly kept and maintained. Only by using it again can it function better;

3. Run the air-conditioning system once a month, first let the cab warm up, and then let the refrigerant circulate in the air-conditioning system for a week, so that the sealing ring of the air-conditioning system maintains a certain thickness of oil film to prevent refrigerant leakage. Check whether the electronic control switch of the excavator is normal;

4. The air filter cannot be disassembled. After igniting the cotton yarn dipped in diesel, it can be placed in the intake pipe to start the ignition. In this way, dusty air from the outside will be directly sucked into the cylinder without filtering during startup, causing abnormal wear of the piston, cylinder and other parts. It will also cause the diesel engine to run unevenly and damage the machine.

5. The serious consequences of low-temperature load operation: it will cause serious wear and tear of the machine. Therefore, after the diesel engine starts to smoke in winter, it should be idle for a few minutes at low or medium speed, and then put into load operation after the cooling water temperature reaches 63°C.
